PROPOSING AN OUTING, EVENT OR ACTIVITY.

Members are encouraged to propose and run outings. They may be single day trips by coach, car or public transport; or longer tours involving overnight accommodation.

To propose an outing complete and submit the ‘Propose an Outing or Event’ form on this page.

The Outings Coordinator will receive and process the proposal. Once approved the Outings Coordinator will contact the convenor to advise on further steps required.
