    Booking and Payment Conditions

    Booking Information
    A booking becomes a commitment to pay for the outing.

    Payments
    Generally, payments are required two months in advance, or earlier some outings or tours.
    A cheque, the exact cash amount or EFT payment is required.

    Refunds
    Refunds may not be possible unless a replacement is found. In some cases, a refund may be made depending on the terms of bookings with third parties or where a trip/outing is cancelled.
