GENERAL
Outings are advertised to members through a monthly Outings Snapshot distributed by email and presented at meetings, and on the website.
Members have booking preference. If places are available, members may be permitted to invite guests.
A waiting list will be established if an Outing reaches capacity. No payment will be taken from those on the waiting list until a place becomes available.
Booking enquiries-contact the individual convenor. Their names are in the Outings Snapshot.
Persons participating in outings with the Probus Club of Breakfast Point are asked to consider the suitability of the outing and their ability to attend.

BOOKING, PAYMENT AND REFUND DETAILS
Bookings for outings are finalised after payment is made, by EFT, direct deposit to the Probus Bank or through the EFTPOS square terminal available at meetings.
For Single Day Outings

REFUNDS may not be possible unless a replacement participant is found. In some cases, refunds may be made depending on the terms of bookings with third parties. Specific refund conditions applying to a particular outing will be advised. For details refer to the Club REFUND POLICY.
