OUTING INFORMATION

GENERAL

Outings are advertised to members through a monthly Outings Snapshot distributed by email, on the website calendar and Outings Snapshot page and presentations at meetings.

Members have booking preference. If places are available, members may be permitted to invite guests.

Bookings for outings will only be accepted once payment has been made to the Probus bank account (see details below)

A waiting list will be established if an Outing fill reaches capacity. No payment will be taken from those on the waiting list until a place becomes available.

Booking Enquiries are by email to the Outings Co-ordinator on outings@probusbp.org OR by contacting the individual convenor. Convenors names are in the Outings Snapshot sent out prior to each monthly meeting.

Persons participating in outings with the Probus Club of Breakfast Point must be fully responsible for their own health, fit enough to undertake the tour activity and only participate in activities where they are capable.

BOOKING, PAYMENT AND REFUND DETAILS

Bookings for outings are only accepted once payment has been made, preferably via EFT, cheque or cash payments to the Bank or through the SQUARE EFTPOS terminal available at meetings.

REFUNDS may not be possible unless a replacement participant is found. In some cases, refunds may be made depending on the terms of bookings with third parties. Specific refund conditions applying to a particular outing will be advised. For details refer to the Club REFUND POLICY.

Please submit a completed REFUND OR REIMBURSEMENT FORM when requesting a refund.
