NB: Apologies are important as they help with the catering and hall set up each month.
Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
For insurance purposes a register of members is kept at each meeting.
The Hall set up group meets at 9am and members are invited from 9.30am to make their bookings and payments for outings and trips.
The business meeting starts at 10am and includes announcements, reports and general business.
Morning tea is followed by an invited guest speaker to address the meeting.
After the speaker is thanked the meeting concludes at around midday and members are asked to held put furniture away and clear the hall.
After each meeting members are invited to adjourn to the Country Club for lunch
Meeting Dates and Format
In 2020 The Breakfast Point Country Club introduced Happy Hour on the first Wednesday of the month from 4pm - 6pm for Probus members
