A variety of different priced and length tours, outings and activities are organised  to meet the many interests of club members.

Booking Information

Bookings and payments are made at monthly general meetings and can be done from 9.30am (before the meeting) and at morning tea.

Members have booking preference for all tours and activities.

If there are vacancies available on a specified date, then members may be able to invite guests or partners. The Club has extended our Probus insurance to cover guests and partners attending club organised tours and activities.

Payment and refund procedures

A cheque or the right amount of cash, to be placed in a completed Probus envelope and handed in at monthly meetings. No change will be provided.


Refunds may not be possible unless a replacement is found. In some cases, a refund may be made depending on the terms of bookings with third parties.


Generally outings payments are required two months in advance. For theatre outings payment may be required well in advance to secure bookings. In the event of insufficient numbers for an outing to proceed payments will be refunded.
